Welcome to Unstable Build.

AI is moving too fast to file away neatly. Most people are drowning in the noise. I’m not here to report the news; I’m here to test it.

This newsletter is my public lab notebook. I capture the tools, filter out the hype, and try to turn the sparks into actual systems I can use.

The promise is simple: No fake certainty. No jargon. Just honest notes, "unstable" builds, and the receipts to prove what works.

What this is

Unstable Build is a weekly log of me learning AI at an unprecedented pace and turning it into something organized and useful.

Each week you’ll see:

  • Signal: What actually changed (vs what is just marketing fluff).

  • Experiment: What I tried to build or break this week.

  • System: How I’m organizing the chaos.

  • Next Build: What I’m automating next.

The Rules

  1. Signal over noise. If it’s not useful, it doesn’t ship.

  2. Receipts included. Sources are always linked. If it’s a rumor, I’ll label it a rumor.

  3. Real-world tests. I’ll tell you what worked, what broke, and what I’m changing.

  4. Plain English. If I need jargon to sound smart, I’m doing it wrong.

Current Focus: Personal Ops

Right now, I'm focused on personal organization and automation. My current mission:

  • Capturing ideas and links without losing them in the void.

  • Turning scattered notes into checklists and repeatable processes.

  • Automating the annoying stuff (follow-ups, reminders, basic admin).

If you're building something similar, reply and let me know.

Let's break some stuff.
